This fun and developmental experience is geared to meet the widest range of needs for campers. Elevate your game, enhance your athletic potential, and reduce sports-related injuries. The skills and drills taught in this camp will improve your functional strength, speed, agility, quickness and power. Campers will develop an appreciation of training techniques, improve balance and coordination, and increase their explosiveness. With a mix of drills, competitions, and games (football, basketball, soccer, dodgeball, and handball), campers will increase their athleticism AND have a blast.

Rising 5th to 8th Graders: Afternoon
HOURS
Morning Half Day: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Afternoon Half Day: 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Prepare for Camp
- What to wear: Indoor athletic shoes, shorts, a T-shirt and/or sweatshirt
- What to bring: Snack, water bottle and sunscreen
