Please take some time to read the procedures, refund policies, schedules and details about our programs before registering.

Registration: Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will have the option to pay in full or put down a deposit to secure your child's spot when registering online; deposit amounts vary by camp and program. If only putting down a deposit, the deposit amount is due on the day you register and the final payment is due by the first of the month prior to the month of camp (i.e. May 1 for camps with a June start date). You will have the option during online registration to set up a pre-pay for your credit card to be automatically charged for the remaining balance due on your final balance due date. Deposits will not be available after the first of the month prior to the month of camp (i.e. May 1 for camps with a June start date). Parents who have made full payments on their total balance may not request a reversal of these charges and cannot request to be put on installment payments. You will receive an email confirmation receipt within 48 hours of registering.

Separate registration: If you plan to register more than one child for any camp or program, each child must be registered separately.

Registration deadlines: Registrations for all camps and sports are accepted up until the day before the first day of camp, as long as there is availability.

Discounts: There are no discounts for registering multiple students and/or for multiple programs. Fees are not pro-rated due to vacations or absences of any kind. Prices are likely to increase closer to summer.
